Fees

I try to accommodate people’s financial circumstances by providing some sliding scale arrangments where and when they are needed. To do so requires an in-person consultation.

 

Insurance

I do not participate with any insurance plans (apart from Medicare). That said, my services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I will provide you with a bill that you may submit to your carrier. However I require payment in full at the time I render my bill.

 

Payment

Cash or checks are accepted for payment at the time services are provided.
